ScrubSheet Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ScrubSheet. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using ScrubSheet immediately.

Part A – General Terms (applies to all users)

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 UNO Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“ScrubSheet”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online platform accessible via our website and mobile application (the “Platform”).

1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Security and Conduct

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2.2 You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  1. provide false or misleading information;
  2. post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive content;
  3. infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
  4. attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the Platform;
  5. use automated tools such as scraping, crawling, or bots without our written consent.

3. User Content and Licences

3.1 Users may submit content including schedules, profiles, resumes, or feedback.

3.2 You retain ownership of your content but grant ScrubSheet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and use such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

3.3 We may remove or disable access to any content that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or risks harm to users or the Platform.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

4.1 The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., hosting, verification, payments).

4.2 We are not responsible for such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrubSheet and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal costs) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrubSheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6.2 Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services will not exceed:

  1. S$100 if you have not paid us any fees; or
  2. the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms, applicable laws, or caused risk to other users or the Platform.

7.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time.

7.3 Certain provisions, including those relating to intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8.2 The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

8.3 If unresolved, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), in English, before a single arbitrator.

8.4 The arbitration proceedings and all related information shall remain confidential.

8.5 For small-value claims (e.g., below S$10,000), either party may choose to bring the matter before the Singapore Small Claims Tribunals.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power failures, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.

10. General Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ScrubSheet.
  2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  3. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  4. Variation: We may vary these Terms by posting an updated version on the Platform.

Part B – Locum Terms (applies to locum users only)

12. Eligibility and Verification

12.1 Locums must be licensed medical practitioners in Singapore.

12.2 We may require identity and professional verification, including Singpass login, MyInfo data retrieval, and manual MCR input.

12.3 Only verified accounts are eligible for rewards, including sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, and ScrubMissions.

12.4 We may withhold, suspend, or claw back any incentives if verification fails, is withdrawn, or fraud is suspected.

13. Locum Responsibilities

13.1 Locums must ensure their profile information and MCR details are accurate and current. 13.2 Locums remain responsible for meeting any professional or regulatory requirements for their clinical practice.

14. Incentives and Rewards

14.1 ScrubSheet may offer incentives such as sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, and ScrubMissions.

14.2 Only verified accounts are eligible to earn and redeem incentives.

14.3 Rewards may be withheld, suspended, or clawed back if fraud, ineligibility, or breach of Terms is detected.

14.4 If ScrubSheet discontinues operations, we will pay out all validly earned but unpaid ScrubMissions.

15. Disclaimers – Earnings and CME

15.1 Earnings tracking and estimates are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of payment. Actual payments depend on arrangements outside ScrubSheet’s control.

15.2 CME tracking is user-maintained and for convenience only. Locums must confirm their CME records with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) or other relevant bodies.
