UNO Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“ScrubSheet”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of ScrubSheet, including but not limited to locum doctors (“Locums”). ScrubSheet does not collect patient data, medical records, diagnoses, or treatment information.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Registration Data

When you register for ScrubSheet, we collect:

  1. Full name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Sex
  4. Email address
  5. Phone number
  6. Medical Registration (MCR ) /License Details
  7. Other information relevant to the proper functioning of the app

2.2 Singpass / MyInfo Verification

When you log in through Singpass, we retrieve the following verified information:

  1. Full name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Sex
  4. Phone number (including PayNow-linked number)

We collect this data to:

  1. Verify your professional identity as a licensed medical practitioner in Singapore;
  2. Grant access to ScrubRewards, including eligibility for the sign-up bonus, referral bonus, and other incentives;
  3. Facilitate payouts via PayNow to your verified phone number.

2.3 Usage Data

We may collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including logins, feature usage (e.g., scheduling, earnings tracking, CME tracking), and technical performance data.

2.4 Incentive Data

If you participate in ScrubRewards, we record tasks completed, rewards earned, and payout history.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To create and manage your account;
  2. To verify your identity and professional credentials;
  3. To administer ScrubRewards and process incentive payouts;
  4. To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  5. To communicate with you about service updates, rewards, and support;
  6. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. Data Disclosure

We may disclose your data only in the following circumstances:

  1. With your consent – for any purpose you have expressly authorised.
  2. Legal requirements – if required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or if necessary to protect our rights or public safety.
  3. Internal operations – to our employees or contractors on a strict need-to-know basis.

We do not share your individualised/identifiable personal data with clinics or other third parties unless you choose to engage with them through features that expressly require such sharing. Any future sharing of your data with clinics will only occur with your knowledge or in anonymised/aggregate basis and in accordance with these Terms and this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Protection

5.1 We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access controls.

5.2 In the event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in accordance with the PDPA.

6. Data Retention

6.1 We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

6.2 Incentive payout records may be retained for audit and compliance purposes.

6.3 When your account is deleted, we will remove your personal data from active systems, except for data we are legally required to retain on a best effort basis.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  1. Access the personal data we hold about you;
  2. Request correction of inaccuracies in your data;
  3. Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your data (subject to legal, technical or contractual restrictions);
  4. Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
